Los usuarios consienten que PIAGET puede cancelar el acceso y uso de los usuarios al Sitio si PIAGET tiene razones para creer que los usuarios han violado u obrado en contradicción con el contenido o el espíritu de este acuerdo o violado los derechos de PIAGET o de terceros o por cualquier otra razón con o sin notificación al usuario. Los usuarios consienten que PIAGET puede modificar o interrumpir este Sitio con o sin previo aviso. Los usuarios admiten que PIAGET no será responsable ante ellos ni ante terceros como resultado de dicha modificación o interrupción. Las condiciones tituladas "Exclusión de garantías", "Limitación de responsabilidad" y "Condiciones generales" seguirán en vigor después de la cancelación de estos Términos.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En ningún caso, PIAGET será responsable de los posibles daños directos o indirectos que se produzcan o estén relacionados con la utilización de la información disponible en este Sitio, incluida, sin límite alguno, cualquier responsabilidad que derive de pérdidas de uso, interrupción de actividades, pérdida de ganancias o de datos o daños de cualquier tipo, fortuitos, especiales o consecuentes, cualquiera que sea la forma en que se produzcan, bajo garantía, por culpa (negligencia incluida) u otras, incluso si PIAGET ha advertido de la posibilidad de dichos daños. Algunos estados o países no admiten la exclusión o la limitación de responsabilidad por daños fortuitos o consecuentes, en cuyo caso la limitación anterior no puede aplicarse.
Condiciones generales
Salvo que se especifique lo contrario, la información y los materiales en el Sitio se presentan con el único fin de promocionar los productos y servicios de PIAGET. PIAGET no declara que el Material de PIAGET sea adecuado para el uso o esté disponible en todos los países del mundo. Los usuarios utilizan este Sitio por su cuenta y riesgo y son responsables del cumplimiento de la legislación local, habida cuenta de que el acceso al Material de PIAGET puede no ser legal para ciertas personas o en determinados países. Nuestros productos están disponibles en muchos lugares del mundo. Sin embargo, este Sitio puede describir productos que no estén disponibles en el mundo entero. Todo derecho de acción que un usuario pueda tener en relación con este Sitio debe iniciarse en los dos años que siguen a la demanda o al derecho de acción. Estos Términos se rigen y serán interpretados según la legislación de Suiza, sin que sea aplicable ninguno de las disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes. Todas las diferencias estarán exclusivamente sujetas a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes del cantón suizo de Ginebra. La derogación por parte de PIAGET del incumplimiento de una de las condiciones de estos Términos no deberá interpretarse como una derogación de cualquier otro incumplimiento.
